Keep your treasures above!

Once a believer visited hospital to see two sick people. While he is in the hospital, he noticed that one person is hopeful and confident and second person is concerned and worried.

And he was examining both of their lives and noticed that first person is confident and hopeful because he has treasures in above (In heaven) .

But the second person’s life, everything he earned in this world and treasured it in this world, so he was concerned and worried about his treasures.

-Where is your treasures kept?

-If Jesus is coming today/ He calls you home; are you confident and hopeful or concerned and worried? 

As life is a realty and death so; we should prepare to leave this world with confident and hopeful!

Matthew 6:19 “Don’t store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal.21 Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.

In our imperfect world, loss of material wealth is all too common—vehicles are stolen, ships sink, buildings collapse, homes are flooded, and personal belongings are stolen. That’s why Jesus said don’t be confident or tressure up in this material world.

Giving of our time and resources to spread the good news, and helping those in need are just some of the many ways to store up treasure in heaven.

Our real wealth- permanent tressure is what invest for eternity.
